The vision and growth of MATES are deeply inspired by Dr. Nand Kishore Garg, Founder & Chief Advisor, and Chancellor of Maharaja Agrasen University, Baddi, H.P.. A respected public figure and three-time MLA of the Delhi Vidhan Sabha, Dr. Garg has been a guiding force behind the Society’s values and direction.
